Travis received his bachelor's degree in business administration in 2010 and received his masters of business administration in 2013. Currently he is a partner at the Isom Company. He served on our board from 2019 to 2024 and has made a significant impact in his role at the Texas Tech Alumni Association. We truly appreciate all of his contributions.

Liz received her bachelors in biology in 1990. She is a philanthropist and community leader in the San Angelo area and served on our board from 2019 to 2024. She has played an important role in connecting our alumni and supporting our mission. Her contributions will leave a lasting impact.

Thank you, Kevin Nelson ‘92, ‘96, for your excellent leadership both as a member of our National Board of Directors from 2019-2024 and as finance chair!
Kevin earned his bachelor’s of business administration in accounting and finance. Then received his doctorate of jurisprudence from the Texas Tech School of Law. Currently Kevin is an attorney at his firm, Nelson & Nelson.

Thank you, Heath Cheek ‘03! We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for his dedication, service and leadership over the past decade on our National Board of Directors.
Heath received his bachelor's degree in political science in 2003. Currently Heath is a partner at Bell Nunally & Martin LLP. He served as our Centennial Chair in 2023 and our Immediate Past Centennial Chair in 2024. He was also the driving force behind “100 Reflections,” the all-class centennial gift from the TTAA to the university in honor of its centennial. His insights and commitment to our mission have been invaluable.
