Since 1971, the 7R Ranch has been Murray Randle's life work.
He's grown it from 200 acres to nearly 1,500, and he knew he wanted to will the ranch to a university that will conserve and take care of it.
Earlier this year, Randle signed an estate gift agreement with Texas Tech and Texas Tech Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources, marking a transformational, first-of-its-kind property gift to the university and the college.
