Hi. Everyone today I want to share my little experience with you. I believe it will help you a lot especially if you grow lettuce in aquaponics system. So I used two different type seed starter for my lettuce seeds. They are stone wools and compost pellets. With a big difference lettuces are growing better in compost pellets. When you look at the last 5 pictures you will see they have better color, their roots are really healthy, well growing and their size are bigger than others in stone wools at least 3 times. And when you look at first 6 pictures you will see how they growing in stone wools. Focus on color, size, and roots. You can see the big difference. I hope it will be helpful.
