🥁 GBA Scholarship Spotlight 🎺

Meet Aubrey, a Band 2 mellophone player from 2015 - 2018, and 2015 scholarship recipient. She is now a marketing strategist in the health care industry!

Aubrey says GB brought her “too many amazing things to count,” including her soon-to-be husband (a former ZiT), and life lessons in empathy, patience, determination, and teamwork.

Her advice to future Goin’ Band members is: “Do not forget that you are in the most visible and prominent organization on campus. Show up and show well. But also make sure to stop and take a moment to appreciate the current phase of life you are in. You'll miss it one day, I promise!”
