Lubbock Christian University mourns the loss of David Stewart ('65) and celebrates a life marked by faith, family, service, and a deep love for LCU.

David served LCU faithfully for 36 years on the Board of Trustees, but his connection to the University began long before that—and continued through generations of his family. Across their extended families, 36 children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and spouses have attended Lubbock Christian College or Lubbock Christian University.

David's legacy is so much more than the years he served. It lives on through his family, his faith, and the countless lives he touched along the way.

We are grateful for the life he lived and the lasting mark he leaves on the LCU family.
