The LCU Alumni Department has partnered with the Cactus Theater to create a memorable 80’s–90’s music night, filled with the songs you know and love. 🎶 We hope to see you there!

LCU Young Alumni ('15–'26), join us Thursday, August 20th at Monomyth on Broadway from 5:30–7:30 p.m.! It will be a private gathering of LCU young alums that night, so come enjoy a FREE cup of coffee and catch up on life after LCU.💙 We can’t wait to see you there!

Join Dallas/Fort Worth alumni for an exciting night at the Globe Life Field in Arlington for a semi-private meal in the Sky Box and the game! Meal starts at 5pm with the game starting at 6:05pm. There will only be a limited number of seats available! RSVP link in the comments! 👇

Join LCU alumni at the ballpark and enjoy an afternoon on the Pepsi Party Deck at the Hodgetown Stadium in Amarillo on August 2nd. The meal consists of hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans, chips, cookies, and Pepsi products. The Amarillo Sod Poodles take on the San Antonio Missions starting at 1:05pm. It was an encouraging Community Partner luncheon today on the campus of LCU. Congratulations to General Office Supply, named Community Partner of the Year, and to Party Animal, recognized as the Newcomer Community Partner of the Year. Attendees also heard an inspiring message from Kerri Thompson, (owner of Simple Things) who challenged them to thoughtfully live out faith through the way they lead and serve in their businesses. LCU loves Community Partners!

Congratulations to the following LCU alumni High School/ISD educators for the awards they received this year! Greg Ball ('24) was named Dupre Academy HS Teacher of the Year (Lubbock ISD), Kalinda Wight ('17 & '19) was named Kansas Region 1 Teacher of the Year, and Brisa Cabe ('17) serves as the digital learning specialist for Lubbock-Cooper ISD and was named Apple Distinguished Educator for 2026! LCU is proud of you!! 💙

What a memorable lunch last Friday celebrating some of LCU's finest alumni at the 2026 Alumni Awards Banquet! The afternoon was filled with meaningful stories and laughter with individuals who continue to serve and lead with excellence in their communities and professions. We are grateful for the lasting impact these alumni have made and proud to honor the way they represent the Chap Family so well. 💙
