Happy Women’s History Month!
We loved celebrating International Women's Day with so many giving and thoughtful women!
What better way to celebrate International Women's Day than to support Catholic Charities's Jewel of the Season!
We met many amazing women and enjoyed hearing their stories. It was the perfect way to pause and honor the many ways the women of our community give.

Thank you to The City of Lubbock for recognizing our association with proclamation celebrating our longtime commitment to the community, providing scholarship awards, and honoring our founding members Tavita Dorow, Esther Sepeda, and Carmen Salazar. Our commitment to their vision 41 years ago continues. It was a true blessing to have one of the founding members, Tavita, in attendance to accept the proclamation on behalf of HAW.
Another annual HAW Christmas Party a success! It was filled with lots of laughter and enjoyable memories made including games and ornaments exchange! Lots of fun times and laughs! We wrapped up the year with this festive event and thankful for the group of women who supported the Girl Scouts as they pursue their Silver Award by generously donating 65 pajamas to the Ronald McDonald House! Thank you to all who donated and attended! A few pics to share including some borrowed from members.
