Yesterday evening, we gathered to mark a new chapter in our organization's journey, celebrating the achievements of our current leadership, installation of the new board members, the announcement of the Mary Pineda Scholarship award, and our Member of the Year. We extend our deepest gratitude to Jacqueline for her visionary leadership, and to Sylvia, Rebekah, and Margie for their dedication and expertise. As we pass the torch to our new board, we recognize the immense value of our collective efforts. To be part of this vibrant and growing organization, visit https://www.lubbockhaw.net/

Celebrated Cinco de Mayo with community, culture, and so much heart 🇲🇽✨

We loved being part of this year’s parade and seeing everyone come together to celebrate. A huge shoutout to Veronica for coordinating everything and to all the amazing ladies who helped make our participation come to life. From decorating to organizing to showing up with energy and pride — it truly took a team.

We also appreciate Sweet Shot for keeping us stocked with candy for the parade route, and Los Hermanos Familia for continuing to create a celebration that brings the community together year after year.

We’re so grateful HAW is able to be a part of traditions that celebrate culture, connection, and community 🌺
