At the beginning of this month, the Texas Tech Jazz faculty had the privilege of performing at the inaugural Texas Women’s Leadership Conference in Austin, Texas. This event was held at the Governor’s Mansion and our esteemed professors were personally invited by First Lady Cecilia Abbott. The faculty group performed two sets to kickoff the conference and received very positive and enthusiastic responses from the attendees. What an honor to be handpicked for this special event!

Texas Tech Jazz Combo I got to record at TTU’s own Crossroads Studios this past Monday, and it was such a good time. We had a great experience laying down some music and working with our engineers Aaron Prentice and Travis Crofton — they made the whole session smooth and fun. Always great getting to create music here at Tech! 🎶🔥
