Traveling internationally for TTU? Don’t let paperwork delay your plans! ⏳

All faculty, staff, and students traveling internationally on behalf of Texas Tech must complete an International Travel Pre-Approval Application through Emburse Enterprise submitted 30 days prior to travel

✅ International travel = any travel outside the U.S. where TTU personnel are representing TTU
✅ Applications are typically approved within 3–5 business days
✅ Export Control Screening is completed automatically as part of the Pre-Approval process
✅ Students: additional forms (Emergency Contact Release + Activity Release) are required — details provided upon submission

🛡️ All TTU employees are automatically covered by the Global Assistance travel insurance program while abroad, no enrollment needed

🐶 What a great turnout for our exhibition reception! 📸

We were thrilled to welcome guests and celebrate the selection of our Best in Show winner! 🏆

The support for our ongoing "One Bowl at a Time" pet food drive has been incredible. This morning, we delivered donations to The Haven Animal Care Shelter, including more than 500 pounds of dog food and approximately 50 pounds of cat food!

A huge thank-you to everyone who attended the reception, submitted photographs, and generously donated to help animals in our community so far!
