We are proud to recognize Mahdi Malmali, who recently co-authored the book Ammonia for Sustainable Energy and Agriculture: Science, Technology and Economics alongside Prodromos Daoutidis, Matthew J. Palys, and Michael Reese.
The book examines the state of the art in ammonia production and highlights current research in catalysis, separation, and electrochemical approaches. It also explores ammonia’s expanding role beyond traditional fertilizer applications, including its potential to support renewable energy systems and strengthen sustainability across agriculture and energy sectors.
We are excited to see the continued impact of our faculty’s research in advancing sustainable technologies.👏
