Ground Turkey with Vegetables Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
One pack of lean ground turkey
Brussel sprouts
Carrots
Corn
Onions
1 cup of rice

Directions:
Cook one cup of rice in two cups of water in a medium pot.
In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and add the vegetables. I seasoned with salsa, black pepper, and seasoning salt.

Combine in a bowl and enjoy!
