LeaderStance is taking some time away from posts to recenter and focus on settling into a full time position.

We often forget about what it takes to be a good leader until we notice a lack of leadership around us. We don’t always know how to step up into a role that is needed for our workplace or organization, but LeaderStance can help. While we do offer a variety of consulting services, we also offer free first service consultations. This means we can talk with you about what your next steps are and help you make a plan to organize, make change, or simply step up as a leader who is more well informed about your own abilities.
