Kappa Delta at Texas Tech TTU Panhellenic Chapter of the Year 2013. The Zeta Alpha chapter of Kappa Delta was formed February 21, 1987 at Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas.

Kappa Delta was formed nationally on Oct. 23, 1897 at State Female Normal in Farmville, Virginia.
