Lubbock ISD families!

This is a friendly reminder that there is early dismissal for all schools tomorrow (Thursday, May 21)! We hope everyone has had a great last week of school!

💚💛Hutchinson Families,

We made it to the last day of school!

Students cleaned out their lockers today, so backpacks will not be needed or allowed tomorrow. We understand some students may still need to bring a cell phone, and that is okay. As a reminder, phones should remain up, off, and out of sight in their pocket during the school day.

To celebrate the end of the school year, students will be allowed to wear:

Pajamas

Hats

Sunglasses

Our 8th Grade Hall Walk will begin at approximately 12:25 p.m. Parents who would like to celebrate with us may enter through the auditorium doors beginning at 12:20 p.m.

8th grade students will be free to leave once they complete their route through the building. Please make arrangements to pick up your student by 12:40 p.m. Students who are not picked up will be brought to the front office at 1:00 p.m. to wait for transportation.

I hope all of our Hutch Rangers have an amazing summer! Please be on the lookout for information regarding Open House, school supplies, PTA membership, and shirts for next school year. Much of this information was included in the weekly announcements sent on Sunday, May 17.

One last time, I want to say how excited and honored I am to be the new principal at Hutchinson Middle School. I look forward to getting to know our families even more and will be setting up some meet-and-greet opportunities as we get closer to the start of school.
