π March Work Anniversaries at Tiny Tots U! π
This month we are celebrating some amazing team members who help make Tiny Tots U such a special place every day! π
π Miss Margarita β 4 Years
Miss Margarita began her journey in the infant classroom and worked her way up to becoming a lead teacher in our twoβs classroom. She stepped into this role so naturally and brings so much joy to her classroom. If you hear singing and dancing coming down the hallway, chances are itβs Miss Margarita and her class having fun! She also works alongside her aide, Miss Casey. Miss Margarita is one of our bilingual teachers, teaching in both English and Spanish, and she is a wonderful role model for the children. Outside of work, she is also a proud mom to three beautiful children. We are so grateful to have her on our team!
π Miss Brittany β 5 Years
Miss Brittany started her journey in the toddler classroom, where she built strong connections with many children who are now in our school-age program. She later moved into our receptionist position, where she has continued to grow and support the center in so many ways. Miss Brittany also helps with our food program and is the creative mind behind many of our decorations. If you see our front windows, backdrops, or balloon arches, chances are Miss Brittany created them!
π Miss Desiree β 5 Years
Miss Desiree began her journey at Tiny Tots U as a pre-K teacher, then worked her way up to assistant director, learning the ins and outs of leadership, minimum standards, and supporting teachers while keeping the center in compliance. Today she serves as our director and continues to lead with dedication and care for both staff and families. Miss Desiree holds a Bachelorβs degree in Early Childhood Education from Wayland Baptist University and is currently working toward her Masterβs in Counseling.
We are so thankful for these incredible women and the love, leadership, and creativity they bring to Tiny Tots U every day. π
