Join me for a special 4-week meditation workshop designed specifically for children ages 5-9 and their parents!

What You'll Learn: Over four engaging Saturday afternoons, your family will explore three different meditation styles designed for young minds:

~Breathing Buddy Meditation (using stuffed animals to make breath awareness fun!)
~Body Scan & Relaxation (helping kids release tension and stress)
~Loving-Kindness Meditation (cultivating empathy and positive self-talk)

Each week, children learn a new technique while parents practice alongside them. By the final session, your family will have practical tools to use at bedtime, during difficult moments, or anytime you want to connect and find calm together.
