Having a License to Carry (LTC) comes with many benefits, including required training that helps ensure you know how to properly use a handgun. In order to get an LTC, applicants must undergo classroom training that covers topics including laws relating to weapons, handgun use and safety, storage techniques and more. Additionally, LTC applicants must attend range instruction and demonstrate proficiency with a qualified LTC instructor. This training is beneficial for individuals who carry.
