Premier High School - Lubbock

We are about a month away from the 2025 City-Wide Back-2-School Bash with Texas Tech University! We'll have 5,000 backpacks to give out to Lubbock and West Texas Students, plus free haircuts, school supplies, and a gigantic community resource fair!

NOTICE:
The Special Education Department of Premier High School of Lubbock is giving notice that, as required by law, all special education eligibility and educational records have been maintained for seven (7) years following the date of the last recorded action for each student served through the special education program. At the end of seven years, the records may be destroyed.

At this time, the Special Education Department at Premier High School of Lubbock is preparing to destroy all special education records for students who have not attended the school since the 2017-18 and prior school years.

The special education eligibility and educational records are currently stored on the PHS Lubbock campus located at 2002 W. Loop 289, Ste. #121, Lubbock, TX 79407. All records must be picked up in person with picture identification by the records owner (adult student) or the person standing in guardianship of the former student. Legal proof of guardianship is required. No records will be transmitted electronically. There will be no exceptions to these requirements.

All special education eligibility and educational records pertaining to the 2017-2018 school year or prior years remaining after August 1, 2025 will be destroyed.

The end of the school year is such a crazy time for Teachers and Staff. We are so thankful to all those who brightened our lives over the last few weeks and showed their Appreciation for our Teachers. Thank you so much to the following:
