MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is an evidence-based, structured program formulated to facilitate the cultivation of mindfulness through the use of specific meditative practices such as body scans, mindful breathing, gentle movement and stretches, and mindful walking.

Time commitment: Virtual meetings on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. + an All-DAY hybrid retreat on October 24th.

Proposals for a SoTL Mini-Grant are now due on June 2, 2026.

Grants are available to individuals or small groups in the amount of $2000 per project. Collaborative proposals are encouraged where appropriate. An additional $1000 bonus will be awarded for peer-reviewed publication and/or conference presentation.
