Gettin’ our cardio in after a long Christmas weekend. Unlimited classes between now and when school is back in session. Get those kids out of the house for a while!!

Let’s kick off Halloween together! We have a Halloween Karate class tonight at 5:30-6:15 to get you ready for the door-to-door, trick-or-treating, and eat all the candy fun filled night. See you ghouls soon!!
