Summer is winding down, which means back to school is coming soon! Be on the lookout for information about our first general meeting of the year and our fall fundraisers. We're excited to see all of our members back on campus and welcome new members for the year!

New puppy alert! Mitchel is starter puppy for the prison program and will be raised by Ash and first-time raiser Alexia. He was born on 05/15/26 and we can't wait to watch him grow with the club.

With Amazon Prime Days going on, Yellow Caped Raiders has put together a wishlist of items that would help support our raisers. These items are kept by the club and distributed to raisers to support them as they raise future service dogs through the club.

Meet the rest of our 2026-2027 Officers!

Sarah is our 26-27 Recruitment Chair. She is majoring in animal science. As an extracurricular she is also on the equestrian team.

Sierra is our 26-27 Puppy Sitter Coordinator. She is also majoring in animal science. She has also done color guard for over 6 years.

Kadance is our 26-27 Ag Council Representative. She is majoring in agriculture economics and general business. In her free time she loves to bake.

Meet our 26-27 President and Treasurer!

Ashlynn is our 26-27 President. She is majoring in professional communications and digital media. She also shows personal dogs at AKC events. She loves training and behavior, so being apart of Canine Companions felt like a natural step for her.

Jenna is our 26-27 Treasurer. She is majoring in animal science on the pre-vet track. This is her second year as treasurer and she is fluent in American Sign Language.

Tonight we got together to destress before finals and write thank you cards to the companies that donated to our raffle. Thanks to their generous donations we were able to raise over $1,500, which will allow us to buy over 1,000 pounds of dog food and other supplies for our service dogs in training. Thank you to everyone who supported us and bought raffle tickets!
