3 years ago, Roxane and Ben Strickling established the Strickling Senior Leaders Scholarship Program to invest in the graduates of Texas Tech University College of Education as they begin their teaching careers.

The impact? Over 700 first-year teachers, including Braeley Krautsch, Gabby Dagrosa, and Katherine Kraatz, have been able to create welcoming, engaging classrooms designed to inspire their K-12 students to succeed.

Hailey is excited to learn more about Texas Tech's rich traditions and inspire the Red Raider community by sharing the impact made possible through generous support. She is a member of Texas A&M's Class of 2026, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts and gained valuable leadership experience, giving her a diverse set of skills that will help her excel in this role.

Study abroad programs like these give students new perspectives, a global network, and unforgettable learning experiences that take their education at Texas Tech to the next level.
