Our 2026 Okra Peas have officially graduated! We have one more short summer to love and squeeze them before they are off to Big Places! 🎓💚🎓 💚💚💚

Today in our infant classroom we explored animal sounds! From tiny babbles to enthusiastic roars, our babies are building language skills, sound recognition, social interaction, and confidence through play and music. Learning starts long before words — and these little minds are soaking it all in. 💚💚💚

We wrapped up Teacher Appreciation Week today, but the truth is, appreciation for these women never really ends.

They do so much more than babysit. They kiss boo-boos, manage chaos with patience and structure, navigate hard moments with grace, and clean… then clean again… because, well, kids. They put on shoes 216 times in an hour, wipe 713 noses, and make 119 decisions within the first 10 minutes of arriving at the Pod.

They stay late to organize and prepare, heat lunches, serve lunches, and clean up lunches. They celebrate every milestone like it’s their own child’s achievement. They offer hugs when little arms need wrapping around them and cuddles when our babies don’t feel well.

And somehow, while doing all of that, they still create engaging lessons and meaningful activities while maintaining order, structure, and consistency for our children every single day.

These women are superheroes who simply don’t get recognized enough. I love and appreciate each and every one of them more than words can say.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to the incredible teachers who pour so much of themselves into the lives of our children. My hope is that one day this profession receives the respect, admiration, and recognition it truly deserves. 💚💚💚
