Today the NBC PRIDE team held its annual schoolwide positive behavior interventions and support (PBIS) assembly. Our students had a blast reviewing the do’s and don’ts of how we conduct ourselves in school and our community. We are less than three weeks away from the start of the 2026-2027 school year and looking forward to the reunion of our NBC family. Here are some important dates as we approach the beginning of the school year:

August 10 - 14: Heat Acclimation Week
August 10 - 14: Band Camp
August 17: Fall Sports Begin
August 20: Black and White Night
August 25: Ministerium Pray Walk
August 26: First day of school!

We look forward to the start of another great year! 🐾

Another one of our great traditions at NBC involves a reflection for our seniors. In elementary school, each student wrote about and illustrated a picture of what they want to be when they are older. Today, our senior class has these put on display for all to see. Leading career paths from elementary school include “football player”, “soccer player”, and “teacher”.
