Nicolas Williams receiving his hard earned State Degree. Evelyn Sosa placed 6th in Spanish Creed for Regional Competition. Jelsy Cruz was there to accept Evelyn's award. Delegates Fredrick Eason and Maggie Martinez were present to vote on new amendments and vote on new Regional Officers.
