The UML cNAfME (Collegiate National Association for Music Education) chapter 201 will be holding the annual New Composer Festival (Previously known as the Youth Composition Festival) on April 10th, 2016. The New Composer Festival is a competition for students from grade k through 12 to submit a piece of music they have composed to be judge and receive feedback from a panel of music professionals. A winner from each category will be invited to perform or have their work performed in a concert that will be on held April 10th in Durgin Hall.
Deadline for submissions is February 18th, 2016
