Pray tell - what is wrong with this picture? Referencing color on paper is a reference- colors are determined by the inks, pigments or dyes, technology and material. Choosing a color on paper and expecting it to be achievable on a textile, cotton, silk, poly…. Is setting yourself up for frustration, delays and rounds of back and forth with a ‘best can do’ — Start with a color palette that is achievable on the material and some of your headaches will go away

This is a topic that is not limited to simply textile but to many industries and from a customer insights view it is always important to ground yourself by first understanding what the customer means by digitization.
