𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗲… 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻?

No, the audience is not watching theatre for 24 straight hours. 😄

A 24 Hour Theatre production is created from start to finish in just one day. Students spend 24 hours rehearsing, singing, dancing, designing, and putting the show together before performing it for a live audience.

The audience attends only the final performance — usually about 60 minutes long — after the cast and crew have worked around the clock to make it happen!

𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 — 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟑𝟎 𝐚𝐭 𝟕:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌

Mean Girls is a story about bullying, exclusion, and learning to treat people with kindness and respect. Our Unified students know all too well what it feels like to be overlooked or underestimated, so it felt especially meaningful to use this production as an opportunity to support them directly.

For this event, we are excited to share that any proceeds above our costs will be split with LHS LINKS and Unified Sports.

By coming to the show, you are not only supporting student theatre, but also helping fund programs that create inclusion, friendship, and opportunities for all students at LHS.
