✨🎓On Monday, our Hellenic American Academy family gathered in church to celebrate the Great Feast of Holy Pentecost, one of the most sacred and beautiful days in our Greek Orthodox faith. Surrounded by our students, families, faculty, and parish community, we were reminded of the blessings of faith, fellowship, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

🎓 Following the Divine Liturgy and beautiful Pentecost celebrations, we had the honor of recognizing a very special group of students, our Fifth Grade Graduates!

💒 For many of these children, HAA has been their second home since preschool. They learned their first letters here, formed lifelong friendships, grew in their faith, embraced the Greek heritage, and blossomed into the remarkable young people they are today.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 Watching them stand together at graduation was both joyful and emotional. This class has grown up side by side, supporting one another through every milestone, every challenge & every success along the way.

🤍 While this graduation marks the closing of a cherished chapter, it is also the beginning of an exciting new journey. We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished and confident that they will continue to lead with kindness, courage, faith, and purpose wherever life takes them.

🫶🏽 A heartfelt thank you to every teacher who has guided, encouraged, and inspired these students throughout the years here at HAA. Thank you to Father Nick, whose faith, leadership, and example have helped shape their journey. To our amazing PTA for all they’ve done to ensure our students have a fulfilling and joyful school experience. And most importantly, thank you to the families who entrusted us with their precious children and partnered with us in helping them grow and thrive.

🏺On May 27th, The Hellenic American Academy, in collaboration with the Greek Consulate of Boston and Consul General Mr. Symeon Tegos, had the honor of welcoming Mr. Lambros Anagnostopoulos, President of the Micheli Foundation. The Miheli Foundation, through its continued support of Greek culture, education, and the arts, plays an important role in promoting initiatives that strengthen the Greek-American community and preserve our rich heritage.

We are deeply grateful to the Foundation for its generous donation to the Academy of the exhibit Apospamata by renowned photographer Mr. Sokrati Mavromati. This meaningful contribution celebrates Greek culture, art, and heritage, enriching our community and inspiring our students.

🇬🇷Στις 27 Μαΐου, η Hellenic American Academy, σε συνεργασία με το Ελληνικό Προξενείο της Βοστώνης και τον Γενικό Πρόξενο κ. Συμεών Τέγο, είχε την τιμή να υποδεχθεί τον κ. Λάμπρο Αναγνωστόπουλο, Πρόεδρο του Ιδρύματος Μιχελή. Το Ίδρυμα Μιχελή, με τη διαρκή του προσφορά στην προώθηση του ελληνικού πολιτισμού, της παιδείας και των τεχνών, αποτελεί σημαντικό υποστηρικτή δράσεων που ενώνουν την ομογένεια και αναδεικνύουν την ελληνική κληρονομιά.

Εκφράζουμε τις θερμές μας ευχαριστίες προς το Ίδρυμα για τη γενναιόδωρη δωρεά προς την Ακαδημία της έκθεσης «Αποσπάσματα» του διακεκριμένου φωτογράφου κ. Σωκράτη Μαυρομάτη.
