16 years in this coaching and training.
Hundreds of athletes.
Thousands of sessions.
Middle school to professional.

But this group…
hit different.

I’ve known some of these girls for years.
I’ve watched them grow up.
Watched them come in quiet and unsure… and slowly become confident, strong, and unshakeable.

I’ve seen the tears.
The frustration.
The injuries.
The doubt.

And I’ve seen them choose to keep going anyway.

That’s what makes me proud.

Not the banner.
Not the title.

The growth.

The way they bought into something bigger than themselves.
The way they showed up when it was hard.
The way they trusted the work long before it paid off.

Sore bodies.
Extra reps.
No shortcuts.
Showing up tired on Fridays.

They earned every bit of this.

Being invited to the banner ceremony meant more than I can put into words.
Reading the handwritten notes… that got me.

Because behind every lift, every conditioning session, every correction - there was trust.

And that’s never something I take for granted.

Today was bittersweet.

Proud beyond words.
Grateful for the opportunity to be part of their journey.
And honestly… a little emotional watching the seniors close this chapter after all these years together.

‼️I train the human species.‼️

Same tissues.
Same physiology.
Same rules of adaptation.

What changes isn’t the rules —
it’s the dosage, context, and margin for error.

Yes — some people require extra precautions.
Yes — not everyone trains the same exercises or intensities.

But for 99% of people, the principles are the same:
– load drives adaptation
– stress must be recoverable
– capacity comes before intensity

Everyone adapts the same.
The difference is how carefully and how fast we apply it. But that’s what I’m trained to do.

Most people don’t fail because they’re broken or different.
They fail because they were treated like a category, not a system.

Fix the system —
and strength, capacity, and confidence come back. YOU COME BACK.

Things are heating up this winter!

The state and regional champs are looking to go back to back.

This isn’t showing up to “stay in shape.”
These girls are earning every rep.
These girls train to win. Period.

All winter we’re building mobility, strength, and conditioning — developing the qualities that are CRUCIAL for elite cheer:

⚡️ Explosive total body power
🦵 Single-leg strength & landing control
🌀 Rotation, deceleration, and re-orientation
🧠 Body awareness under speed
🫁 Bracing & pressure so power doesn’t leak

This is how champions stay durable through a long season.
This is how skills stay clean when fatigue sets in.
This is how you give yourself a shot to go back-to-back.

Proud of this group and the work they’re putting in. This is how we win and become undeniable.

Most knee pain isn’t complicated.
It’s just been over-engineered.

I solve ~90% of knee pain with this progression:

1️⃣ High-constraint squats
Pendulum, leg press, hack.
Remove balance → restore knee loading → rebuild trust.

2️⃣ Remove the constraint
Now you learn to control your center of mass.
If you can’t manage your mass, your knee pays for it.

3️⃣ Challenge COM (when needed)
Split squats. Stance changes. Offset load.
Not everyone needs this.
If steps 1–2 work, we stop there.

4️⃣ Leg extensions + curls
Because the knee isn’t a hinge — it rotates.
Strong quads + hamstrings matter.

5️⃣ Get the legs strong
Better mass management = better force distribution.

Yes — there are PRI, UHP, E/C, and other models.
I use them. They matter.

But none of that sticks without real training.
Mechanical tension.
Torque.
Progressive load.

I’m not breaking out the surgical kit
if I can solve it with something simple, repeatable, and strong.

You don’t need more cues.
You need capacity.
