The process is designed for students who wish to attend a school outside of their attendance boundary. Families are encouraged to submit their application at any time during the enrollment period - Choice Enrollment applications that are received will be entered into the district's lottery system.

Committee submits recommendations for the district unified improvement plan (DUIP) and monitors progress, reviews any charter applications prior to going to the school board, makes recommendations to the school board to consider for budget purposes as well as support family engagement in district committees and in their schools. Membership must consist of at least 3 parents, 1 teacher and 1 school administrator.

Loveland High School is a finalist in T-Mobile's 'Friday Night 5G Lights' competition The winner will receive a grand prize of $2 million, which for the Loveland Red Wolves would go towards building their first-ever home football stadium.
