Nature based preschool - Now Enrolling for the 2026–2027 School Year!

Pumpkin Patch Preschool has openings for the 2026–2027 school year, and the program is FREE through Colorado UPK for children who turn 4 by October 1, 2026.

Class Options
• Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday
• Drop-off: 8:15–9:00 AM
• Pick-up: 3:00–3:30 PM
• Classes begin in late August

At Pumpkin Patch Preschool, every day is an adventure. We follow children's natural curiosity through play, exploration, and hands-on learning. Our days are filled with nature exploration, science experiments, cooking, music, art, engineering challenges, games and sports, community service projects, and imaginative play.
One of our favorite adventures is hopping aboard our Preschool Bunch Bike to visit local parks, trails, and natural spaces, where learning happens through discovery and peer collaboration.

A Little About Me:
I have a degree in Elementary Education and more than 20 years of preschool teaching experience. I believe four-year-olds see magic in the ordinary, and I love nurturing that sense of wonder while building the confidence and skills they'll carry into kindergarten and beyond.

What an incredible year it has been. ❤️

This amazing little Class of 2039 spent the year exploring, imagining, creating, and learning together. Watching them grow into confident, curious, and kind little people has been such a gift.

A few UPK spots remain for the 2026-2027 school year. If your child is turning four by 10/01/2026 - this is their year for UPK.

I have two nature-based programs that will begin at the end of August 2026 and are free to families. Class sizes are capped at six students; this allows for individualized attention and peaceful outdoor adventures together.

Tuesday / Thursday OR Monday / Wednesday Full-Day Program: This program runs from 8:15am-3:30pm. Our days are spent split between exploring outdoors and our indoor classroom spaces.

Pumpkin Patch Preschool has a few openings remaining for 2025-2026 UPK students. Programming starts at the end of August and runs twice weekly, Monday / Wednesday or Tuesday / Thursday from 8:15am-3:45pm (pickup & drop off times are flexible within those times). Tuition is completely free!

Pumpkin Patch Preschool is a nature / play based program in a cozy home environment with a small class of six students. I have my degree in Elementary Education and over 20 years of experience teaching preschool My passion is getting kids outdoors and providing them with opportunities for child-driven exploration. We use our Preschool Bunch Bike to explore locally and have the best adventures together!

All four year olds in Colorado are eligible in their year prior to Kindergarten. I am setting up tours through the month of May for interested families and am happy to answer any questions.

Now interviewing for UPK 2024-2025 school year!

I will have openings in my Monday / Wednesday and Tuesday / Thursday programs beginning this September. UPK runs from 8:05-3:35 twice weekly and is completely FREE for 4 & 5 year olds in their year before kindergarten.

We spend as much of our time outdoors as we can - exploring and growing together. My small group size of 5-6 preschoolers allows us to go on incredible adventures!

Summer at Pumpkin Patch Preschool has been filled with beach days, parks, hiking, splashing, bubbles, and just soaking up sun and fun with friends before Kindergarten starts!

I have openings for UPK in the Monday / Wednesday full day program starting this Fall. There is still time to register your four year old! The next round of matches closes this Thursday, July 13th. Let me know if you'd like to set up a tour or have any questions about UPK.

May was filled with adventure as we learned all about insects and pond life. We explored several new wetland areas and made some amazing discoveries!

Pumpkin Patch Preschool is currently enrolling UPK eligible students for Mondays and Wednesday, starting August 16th! Tuition is free for these two full days for 36 weeks. Message me with any questions about this program or to set up a tour!
