I am back from Paris and looking forward to seeing you at the wellness studio for Tea Time today from 4pm-6pm! ❤️🪶✨ This is a free, monthly, open house event. We just ask that you bring your favorite beverage vessel and consider making a donation to our studio fund so that I can continue to provide free and reduced price services to those in need of support but who cannot afford to pay. Its a beautiful day in the Ohio River Valley! Come celebrate the New Year with us! 🍓🌸🪴🌞🍀

Due to the forecasted Winter weather conditions for tomorrow afternoon/evening in the Ohio River valley, Tea Time planned for tomorrow will be cancelled. Instead, we encourage you to stay home and sip a warm beverage with intention, safe and warm, and say prayers for the beings exposed to the frigid conditions, and also for everyone being impacted by the turmoil in the collective. Sweet Relatives! It is my Earthday birthday month and many of you always start to ask how you can participate in celebrating me and this is a great way! 🥰🥰🥰 As many of you know and have seen me post about previously, I am a practitioner that does not turn people away if they have an inability to pay money for sessions. Access to supportive wellness should not be only available to those who have access to financial resources. With that being said, it is my belief that reciprocity is incredibly important in any co-creating dynamic and can come in the form of financial resources, other offerings, or an exchange of time. Many of you have donated session credits throughout the years, in order to assist others, and it’s been so helpful! It allows me to continue to offer free &/or sliding scale fees on a case by case basis to those who have an identified need. The last time I made a post about it, we had the biggest month of donations to date!!! I continue to find myself in a position where I am seeing more and more of our community reaching out for support and more than ever, a need for additional resources. I continue to look to you, our loving and supportive community, to ask those of you who have benefited from the Soul level medicine we co-create at Of The Essence, and who are in a position to give a bit extra, to consider it. These current times and collective energies are particularly challenging for many of us right now. If you are interested in blessing someone on their wellness journey in this way, please reach out for information on how to donate.
