You lived big
You loved even bigger
You were the kind of woman that could hold me when no one else could
You inspired me and scared me at the same time
I remember when I first met you, I could feel love pouring out of every single of your pours, and I was amazed at how so much love could be wrapped in such a small package
Your spirit was just too big for your body so you had to burst out earlier than we wanted you to
You gave me these cards at the end of a beautiful journey with a group of women that was life-changing
I pull one every day to remind myself that spirit is alive that I am alive and that my intuition is real.
As a healer and a space holder. As a therapist and a coach. As a woman and as a friend.
You changed to me.
My heart is heavy, my soul is lifted, my body is present.
We will celebrate you today, my friend.
I’m from this day forward.. I will live with love pouring out of my pores in honor of you ❤️

the year of the snake
shedding what no longer serves us
releasing the patterns, people and relationships that dont align with the spaces and places we are headed.
I hear this every day from clients, from instagram, from my emails ..EVERYWHERE
But I want to ask you.
Have you thanked that part of you you so deeply want to release
Have yo sat with it long enough to squeeze the juice out of the lesson it was here to teach you
Have you looked closely to make sure its not a scared little part of you that just desperately wants to be seen
Release FEELS good
It feels empowering in a time where a lot of us feel so powerless…
But can we pause.
Breathe.
Allow.
and let the momentum of the new year carry us forward …

This one’s for the lovers..
The big loves… the ones who keep their heart open, even when it keeps breaking.
One of my favorite sayings is…
you can only love to the capacity in which you love yourself and that the love that you give to your partner, to your kids, to the world ….it’s just a mirror.
I love big. Like really big.
When I choose you, you know it in every way.
These last two years have been epic teachers of love for me.
Two relationships
One that broke me and showed me where my grit and fortitude really lived..
And one that opened me up and reminded me how to surrender and get lost in the moment.
To not be chosen back would close most people‘s hearts.
but for me, love is endless.
The people I love I will always love.
I see the journey in the experience and I always remain open to the possibility of something beautiful right around the corner.
there’s a reason I’m good at helping women navigate divorce and break ups, Spirit gave me a ton of lessons in it.
And I would never change those choices.
My heart is open. My spirit is willing. I’m here for the crazy long wild ride. We call Life.

Why I get up at 5am….
to be honest, I used to hate the mornings …
But now I find it to be the most peaceful time of the whole day.
The morning is just for me ..
Before I become a mom ..
Before I become a boss..
Before I become a girlfriend..
Before I become a therapist
It’s just me, and the early morning light.
This is where spirit whispers to me in the dark, this is why I find my way back home.. back to my body and back to my truth..
As a woman who feels before, she can even think, it has created a beautiful and robust life of a healer by a challenging life as a woman in the world
For those that can compartmentalize or focus on the self I get caught in the in between consistently feeling my way through other people’s emotions and unresolved trauma.
my deepest need is to be held until I finally feel safe enough to let it all go and trust that this time it might just stay..
The morning is where I remember that I can hold myself..
and I’m never really alone…
I invite you to explore where your peace is found, because even if it’s just five minutes, it reminds you to live for you not for someone or sometjing else.

Ten years ago today, I married the father of my children.
And though our paths have shifted, our story didn’t end.. it evolved.
We built a family, a home, a lifetime of memories that live in our children’s laughter.
We’ve weathered storms, healed old wounds, and learned how love can change shape but never truly fade.
I’m endlessly grateful for the man who stands beside me in raising them …for the quiet teamwork, the mutual respect, and the unspoken understanding that we’re in this together.
Ours is a love that looks different now, but it’s still love.
The kind that endures through forgiveness, friendship, and shared devotion to the two souls who made us parents.
For those of you who have walked this path .. I see you.
These moments can be tender, complex, and sometimes bittersweet. But I encourage you to look for the goodness and the love that still exists through the pain.
To honor what was, bless what is, and lean gently into what’s yet to come.
