☝️Here is your One minute yoga tip today!

💪🏻We’re gonna talk about binding behind our back. Reaching behind our back could be tricky.

🌀A lot of times all we need to do is rotate the arm bone so that the shoulder blade can move a little deeper the spine and that creates.

👏🏻Sometimes it’s just enough to be able to grab your foot.

This can be used in lots of poses like baby dancer, bound, tough Moon, from tabletop

Tried out let me know if it helped

I’d love to hear you in the comments below. Thanks for practicing with me here!

Adaptive Yoga - Regulation and Recovery
is a new class I'm launching this June at Thompson River Parks and Recreation in Johnstown.

More than a movement class, this is an education in your own nervous system. You'll learn — through your body and heart, not just your mind — what nervous system regulation actually feels like. Why breath changes everything. How your spine communicates safety to your brain. How your feet connect you to the ground and to yourself.

Here’s your one minute yoga snack today! Get ready to turn and twist in this fun variation of modified side plank.

This also is a little bit of a brain game as you turn and twist the five bones to create a side arm balance in both directions.

even though at first this flow might seem it’s more about arm, balancing and side body. It really is about rotating the thigh bones to create each shape. Check it out!

Let me know if you tried it in the comments below and what else you’d like to learn more about

Thanks for enjoying this Yoga snack and thanks for practicing with me here

Free Training: The Spine is the Axis of Possibility | Regulation before Rehabilitation

Your spine doesn't just hold you up — it talks to your nervous system every time it moves.

6 directions. That's all it needs. Flexion, extension, rotation, lateral bend — right and left. When those movements are available, your nervous system receives a signal: it's safe to be here.

Most people have lost access to at least a few of them. And we feel it — in how we recover, how we hold tension, how we brace against pain we can't explain.

I'm teaching a free training on this May 26 at 12pm MT — designed for clinicians but open to anyone who wants to understand their body better.

If you're a PT, OT, or work in pain or behavioral health — this one's especially for you.
