The FAA just changed the game for US drone pilots, and the rules are now quite literally "on the move."

We’re used to checking maps for static No-Fly Zones. But a new update (NOTAM FDC 6/4375) has introduced moving drone no-fly zones that follow mobile DHS, DoD, and DOE assets in real-time.

Here’s the catch: These "invisible bubbles" follow convoys, security details, and Coast Guard vessels. If a government SUV drives under your perfectly legal flight path, you could suddenly be in violation of National Defense Airspace.

The Stakes:

⚠️ Fines & Revocation: Civil penalties or losing your Part 107.

⚖️ Criminal Charges: Potential federal prosecution.

💥 Mitigation: Federal agencies have the authority to disrupt or "neutralize" drones deemed a threat.

The industry is calling for better digital alerts, but for now, the sky is a moving target.
