We are excited to share information about upcoming Volleyball Summer Events and Volleyball Team Tryouts at Lucile Erwin Middle School!
Whether your student is new to volleyball or looking to sharpen their skills before tryouts, these opportunities are a great way to get involved, meet coaches, and prepare for the upcoming season.
Summer Volleyball Events

Join LEMS coaches and special guest players for skill-building sessions this summer!
Session 1
June 24 & 25, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Cost: $15 for one day or $25 for both days

Session 2
July 8 & 9, 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Cost: $15 for one day or $25 for both days

Free Open Gyms
July 27–29
5:30–7:30 p.m.
These events are a great opportunity for students to improve their volleyball skills, get active, and connect with teammates before the season begins.

🏐 Volleyball Tryouts 🏐
Volleyball tryouts will be held August 3–6.
Monday, August 3
6th Grade: 5:30–7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, August 4
7th Grade: 5:30–7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, August 5
8th Grade: 5:30–7:30 p.m.

Thursday, August 6
6th Grade: 5:30–6:30 p.m.
7th Grade: 6:30–7:30 p.m.
8th Grade: 7:30–8:30 p.m.

Important: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tryout time to sign in. Arriving late may result in missing drills and valuable evaluation time with coaches.
We encourage all students interested in playing volleyball this fall to attend the summer events and tryouts. Additional information regarding athletic registration and required paperwork will be shared as we get closer to the start of the school year.
