A look back: Middle School Outdoor Education 🏔️🎿

Not all classrooms have four walls.

Throughout the year, our 7th and 8th graders hit the slopes, pulled the trigger at trap shooting, scaled the walls at rock climbing, and got an up-close look at how our local water systems work — all as part of RCS's one-of-a-kind Outdoor Education program.

These experiences build something you can't teach from a textbook — confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to try something new. At RCS, we believe an academically equipped student is one who engages the world with both their mind and their hands.

This program is one of our favorites. And judging by the smiles, our students think so too. 🙌
