Sherman County Sprouts Child Development Center in Loup City is seeking a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic leader to join our team as our Child Development Center Director.

This full-time position plays an important role in the overall leadership of Sprouts, including:

• Supporting and leading our incredible teaching team
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing & high-quality environment for children
• Building strong relationships with families
- Managing day-to-day Center operations
• Maintaining licensing and program requirements
- Continuing our work with Step Up to Quality
🪴 Helping guide the continued growth and future of Sprouts!

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about children, families, staff development, and our community and is ready to help lead Sprouts.
