One of my favorite drills to do with our hitters when they are flying open as well as not getting their lower half working properly!

Listen in & Watch‼️

Save for later💪🏾

Great summer for Berkley and her team now it’s time for the fall and winter grind and we have seen some big improvements these last few months💪🏾 Wait till the curveball and other offspeed pitches come together 👀💪🏾

Your hitter having trouble driving the ball or struggling with extension…

Take three balls, place them in front of the plate, & have your hitter hit the ball tossed to them and have them feel themselves extend their barrel through all three of those balls so they can feel themselves get full extension through contact✅‼️💥

Have a hitter over striding or their stride is just too big!?

Take resistance band and place it around their thighs while they hit!

▶️ Smaller stride
▶️ Able to stay strong and balanced throughout their swing
▶️ Easier for them to adjust with offspeed pitches

Consistent work on the smaller things is how we improve💪🏾💪🏾🥎

These three girls drive from a little over an hour on Friday nights and always get some quality work in! Improvements are being made and they will only continue to improve 💪🏾

Why use the pad at the edge of the mound!?
We use it to help our pitchers stop 🛑
Teaching strong front side so they are able to finish their back leg and snap that ball off their hip so everything is working in sync💪🏾💪🏾💥
