On Tuesday, our TRIO Upward Bound students stepped outside the classroom for a deeply moving visit to the Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida. The definitive highlight of the day was the chance to hear directly from Holocaust survivors. Reading their first-hand accounts provided our students with an invaluable lesson in history, human rights, and enduring strength.
We are incredibly grateful to the dedicated tour guides at the Holocaust Memorial Resource Center for their insightful guidance and warm welcome. Thank you for helping us shape empathetic, informed future leaders!
