We're excited to announce that two of Moonshine University's Completely Custom Spirits recently won Gold medals at the ASCOT Awards! 🏅
These award-winning spirits were crafted as part of a classroom experiment, where we finished a standard whiskey blend across three different casks: PX sherry, oloroso, and amburana. In addition to taking home Gold at the ASCOT Awards, the PX Finished whiskey also recently won Best in Show and Best of Class at the ACSA Competition!
Needless to say, our team is beyond proud and humbled to have our work recognized by the great folks across our industry. Thank you to everyone at ASCOT Awards for your recognition, as well as our fellow participants. 💛

The Moonshine University team is excited to host our friends at Edinburgh Whisky Academy for their flagship Diploma in Single Malt Whisky! This Diploma roadshow is designed to deepen attendees' understanding of single malt whisky through immersive learning, hearty discussion, and guided tasting.
