Our Seniors' last day ended with one of our most beloved traditions: Senior Walkout πΉ This is the formal farewell from underclassmen, faculty, and staff that is the most bittersweet moment of the year. Underclassmen line the halls to cheer our Seniors on as they depart from Assumption through the Tyler Lane doors, where our faculty and staff are waiting to congratulate them.
Through the hugs, tears, smiles, and farewells, our community gets to share this very special moment together. The Class of 2025 will be dearly missed, but their legacy and impact as the leaders of our school will echo through our halls for many years to come. We love you, Class of 2025! π©·

The Class of 2025's last day has been UNFORGETTABLE! π©· They gathered in the Senior Courtyard this morning to listen to music, take photos, and walk into school together for the last time as students. They also took the opportunity to spend more time together during RTI! Senior leaders coordinated sessions for the students to contribute to a Class of 2025 fingerprint art piece, a memories jar, and sign each other's t-shirts. We are so grateful they have had an amazing last day. π
Seniors also got to wear skirts decorated with colors and symbols representing. the college they will attend or their plans for after graduation! Since compassion inspires at Assumption, each senior who decorated their skirt donated an AHS uniform piece to our Guidance Office. These donations will one day go to a Future Rocket! We are so proud of our Seniors and the legacy that they will leave behind! π

It's our Class of 2025's last day, and it's so hard to believe! πΉ Savor every last moment, Seniors! π©· Forever a Rocket, Forever a Rose!

Take a look at the Class of 2025's first day of their freshman year then their class photo at their Senior Celebration Day π©· Then look back at more adorable pictures of this class's first day all the way back in 2021. Words cannot describe how much these young women have grown and blossomed into a sisterhood of roses. πΉ
We are all awaiting tomorrow, their very last day as Assumption students. Please join us in praying for them, so that they might make the most of their last moments as high schoolers. We are so proud of you, Class of 2025! β

Today, Assumption students had the opportunity to donate to Casa Rosa, a transition home and safe haven for young women in Guatemala to continue their education, grow in leadership, and discover their God-given potential. Casa Rosa was established by alumna, Erin McHugh '12, who had done many years of mission work in Guatemala.
The push to donate to this cause today has arisen out of Mr. Sutherland's Spanish classes exchanging letters with young women from Valle High School in Guatemala. We are so grateful that the compassionate and driven people in our community are striving to make an impact for a better future across the globe.

We would like to congratulate Assumption senior, Evie Palazzo '25, for being recognized as a Girl Scout Gold Award Recipient! This is the highest award a Girl Scout can earn, showing that the recipient is a leader who is organized, determined, and dedicated to changing the world. Evie is just that!
Through her project, "All Things 2 Wheels," she has made an impact for the better. Motorbiking has always been a passion for Evie, and through this project, she was able to share her love for the sport and spread the benefit of being introduced to the industry. She hosted an event for younger women to to talk to women in the two-wheel industry so that they have the opportunity to explore motorbiking! Please join us in congratulating Evie on this honor. We are so proud of our amazing Rockets π
Happy Faculty & Staff Appreciation Week! π To kick this week off, we want to give a huge thanks to the 120+ people that go above and beyond for the community. Assumption would not be the home it is without your all's devotion and care to our students and each other. We love you, AHS faculty & staff! π©·
