Outside, children are already noticing, pointing, and reacting to the world around them. When adults respond, those moments become opportunities for conversation.

Crowley's Ridge Educational Service Cooperative supports early childhood work across northeast Arkansas. Their Local Leads help connect families to quality, affordable child care, support early childhood facilities, and make sure providers have a voice in decisions about curriculum, licensure, and safety.

Crowley's Ridge launched LENA Grow in 11 classrooms across two Arkansas districts!

And the results speak for themselves:
➡️Children starting with the least talk saw the biggest gains, averaging +6.7 turns per hour (71% growth).
➡️Teachers noticed too — 100% reported more confidence, job satisfaction, and family communication.
