Time is running out to register for our first Succession Planning Cohort, a 6-month small group focused on increased understanding of considerations during the succession planning process. This group begins January 16th and is limited to just 20 participants. The cost is $150 per person. Limit of two registrants per organization. We had great conversations and took away some fantastic tips and tools during our workshop with Dr. Eli Karam on Managing Conflict in the Family Business this afternoon. Thank you to Dean Dorton for sponsoring and hosting this event. We're thankful for the community that came out and participated in these important discussions. Learning from one another is such a valuable part of what we do!

Interested in learning how to develop a more cohesive intact team? If so, our January 23rd event is meant for you! We will use a blended model of both the Five Behaviors of a Team and the DiSC Behavioral Assessment. Both models provide powerful and approachable common language to help your team navigate improvement while building skills in areas of trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results.

This event is for intact teams (executive team, management team, family team, owner team, etc.). Each member company may register between 2-8 team members. The cost per team member is $340 for each individual team member and $150 for the team report (only one needed per team). Registration fees include a light breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Deadline to register is December 20th. Assessments will be sent to team members by 1/2 and should be completed by 1/10. Register today, via email: [email protected]!

2025 is right around the corner.... Register for our upcoming Succession Planning Cohort!

Beginning in January, we will be offering a 6 month succession planning cohort facilitated by Rachel Friend, Right Angle Results. The cohort will bring in a different professional advisor each month (CPA, Attorney, Financial Planning, Advisors, etc.) to discuss elements you need to consider as you walk through this process in your family business. The first hour will be education focused and the second hour discussion with peers to process information, ask questions, and share best practices. Space is limited to just 20 attendees for this first cohort. The registration fee for this event will be $150 per person. Please only register if you are able to commit for each of the 6 sessions. This cohort is for family business members only with a two person per business maximum.
