🏐It was great to see our Elementary and Middle School Bearcats back on the court Saturday as the 2026 volleyball season got underway!

The action continues this week for our Middle School Bearcats, who travel to Kentucky Country Day tonight for a 6:00 PM match before returning home Thursday at 6:00 PM in the Joe Bailey Fieldhouse.

🏐 BHCS Volleyball digs into the 2026 season this Saturday!

Our two Elementary teams, along with our Middle School Bearcats, hit the court tomorrow as another season of BHCS volleyball gets underway.

We’re excited to cheer on all three teams as they learn, compete, grow, and have fun. ❤️💙

Today, I had the immense pleasure of speaking at our first Chapel of the school year! I introduced our Chapel theme for this year: Knowing God, along with our Chapel verse, John 17:3:

“And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.”

Our goal this year is for our students to grow in their relationship with God—not simply to know more about Him, but to truly know Him. We are excited to see how the Lord works in the hearts and lives of our students throughout this school year!

A new school year begins Monday!

It was wonderful to welcome our students and families to orientation Thursday as they visited their classrooms, met their teachers, and prepared for the beginning of the 2026–2027 school year.

As Beth Haven Christian School begins its 56th year of Christ-centered education, we remain grateful for God’s hand at work, leading us, guiding families, shaping students, and calling teachers and staff to serve together and to serve others.

Now, as another school year begins, we look forward to the new opportunities it will bring for our students to learn, grow, build friendships, and continue developing a foundation of faith and Christ-centered purpose.

We’re praying for our students, families, teachers, and staff and looking forward to all that God has in store for the year ahead.

🏐 BHCS Volleyball Camp served up a great week!

Last week, our campers enjoyed learning, practicing, building skills, and spending time together on the court. It was great to have this group of Bearcats with us. ❤️💙

As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, we are thankful for the blessings of freedom and for those who helped lay the foundation of this nation with courage, sacrifice, and an understanding that liberty is best preserved when faith and virtue are honored.

May we never take these blessings lightly, and may we faithfully help teach the next generation to value faith, virtue, liberty, responsibility, and gratitude.

As summer vacation continues, we're taking a moment to look back at another special memory from the final days of the school year.

Our Kindergarten Graduation was filled with excitement, proud families, and plenty of smiles as we celebrated all that this class had accomplished this year.

Congratulations to our Kindergarten graduates. What a wonderful school year we've had with you. Here they come... First Grade!

With summer vacation fully underway, let's take a look back at a day filled with accomplishment, encouragement, and many reasons to celebrate.

From special award recognitions to our 5th Grade and 8th Grade promotion ceremonies... we celebrated students across Elementary, Middle, and High School for their efforts and achievements.

Congratulations to all of our students. We're proud of each of you and thankful for the families, teachers, and staff who have encouraged you along the way.

As we pause this Memorial Day, we’re reminded that the freedoms we often enjoy in moments like gathering together, celebrating milestones, worshiping openly, and investing in the next generation have come through the sacrifice of many brave men and women who served our country.
