Look forward to events here in town where we will get together and have fun seeing what everyone is doing. Demos by local artists and workshops to get more familiar with the nuts and bolts of the program and how it can be utilized.

Hey everyone! Hope you all have been doing well. Just wanted to remind you that we have a meeting this Tuesday the 26th - feel free to join! We'll be having a discussion about our approaches to conveying darker moods in our music in the spirit of it being a week before Halloween 🎃 Hopefully we can learn some things from each other! To give you a head start thinking about it, do you have favorite music you consider "dark"? This song by the Walker Brothers always comes to mind when I think about darker music!
The Walker Brothers - The Electrician First released in july 1978 on the album "Nite Flights" (Sony Music), this version is from the 2001 release "If You Could Hear Me Now" (Columbia). Composed a...

Hey all! Hope everyone's looking forward to our meetup on Tuesday! We're excited to see folks there.
I thought I'd share something pretty cool - there's a ton of great Max for Live devices out there that can help you in your productions or add new creative layers to your workflow. And a lot of them are free! Here's an interesting one from Suzuki Kentaro, which lets you create drawings that act as LFOs for different parameters! He's got a couple other free devices like this, all just as creative.
If anyone has any favorite Max for Live devices, let us know as well!

In the meantime, here's an inspiring video Ableton posted this last week as part of their One Thing series. Musician Maya Shenfeld turns Ableton into a deep drone machine using an approach I wouldn't have thought of. Check it out!
