IHS where are they now? 🤔 Let's catch up with Jaysen Doak, a proud graduate of the class of 24, who's making waves in the industry! He's currently halfway through the first year of his Bricklayers Local 4 apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation for his future. And the best part? He's doing it with Schad Refractory, a world-renowned contractor in the refractory industry, where he's earning a impressive $19.37 an hour plus benefits! 🎉 We're thrilled to see Jaysen thriving in his chosen career path. What's next for this talented individual? 🤔

Jaysen Doak is halfway through his first year apprenticeship with Bricklayers Local 4. He is currently working at Schad Refractory. Jaysen is currently making $19.37 an hour plus health insurance and retirement benefits.
