Come join us for our Thursday day meeting -- doors open an hour early (9am) for setup and socialization.

What a great turnout last Thursday night meeting. Topics ranged from upcoming LNT events, Featherweight sewing machines, entering your quilt(s) and volunteering at the KY State Fair to Birdie Bird Batting! The two “Sew and Tell” quilts were made by two very talented ladies!
Thank you KY State Fair Textile Superintendent Pamela Mattei for your presentation, the quilters in the region really look forward to this event!

Come meet the new Superintendent of the Kentucky State Fair Textiles Department (and LNT member) Pamela Mattei. She will discuss new categories for 2026, how to enter, ways to volunteer in August, important dates to remember, and more.

Our “Sew and Tell” was enjoyable as always!

Thank you Robbie and Linda for preparing the Patriot Quilt program. We discovered that most folks prefer the Slotted Trimmer to the Bloc_Loc for trimming HSTs. We look forward to the November presentation when a lucky Veteran receives this quilt.

Members need to bring basic sewing supplies including thread. All fabric will be provided - precut and with directions for sewing/making each block.

Thank you JoAnn for guiding us through the sewing of the Ohio Star quilt block. We had a great turnout Thursday night although only a few stars were finished. Hopefully we’ll see more finished stars coming to our next meeting!
