We love this time of year...former students return for high school visits! It's awesome to see St. Rita alumni thriving while encouraging our current Mustangs to join them for high school.

When our students dismiss early on Thursdays, the learning doesn’t stop at St. Rita! It continues with our teachers!

Our teachers use this time to learn, collaborate, reflect, and grow together. They are continually strengthening their practice, sharing ideas, analyzing student learning, and working together to build a strong school culture focused on creating the best learning environment possible for every student.

We are so grateful for a faculty who embraces growth and works together to help every Mustang thrive!

This Friday, St. Rita students can participate in an Out of Uniform Day for $3 in support of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). All proceeds will go toward the upcoming MADD Walk in memory of Ashley, a former St. Rita student.

We are honored to remember Ashley and support a cause that works to prevent impaired driving and help families affected by it.

Additional donations are always welcome. Every contribution, big or small, helps us honor Ashley’s memory and make a difference. 💙

Mrs. Montfort’s kindergarteners have been hard at work learning about the different characteristics of families and discovering that families may look different, but every family is special in its own way!

Each group was assigned a family member and worked together to find picture examples of that family member to create their own poster…celebrating the uniqueness of every family while learning that what matters most is the love we share!

“This is my commandment: love one another as I love you.” — John 15:12

Our first graders had their very first partner reading experience of 2026-2027 school year! Students read the first story in their decodable books, Snap Shots, with their Peanut Butter & Jelly Partners.

We love seeing our young readers build confidence, practice their skills, and enjoy reading together! Way to go, first graders!

💚💛Our 8th graders kicked off their final year at St. Rita with the traditional Sunrise Breakfast. They enjoyed donuts, fellowship, and a special prayer service as they begin this exciting final chapter before heading off to high school. We can’t wait to see what this year holds for them! 💛💚

💛💚What a beautiful way to begin the school year! On Thursday, our students and staff gathered together in faith, prayer & community for our first Mass of the year. May God bless our school family and guide us throughout the year ahead! 💛💚
