We just wrapped up Flash Dads at Slaughter Elementary. Special thanks to our volunteer . He graduated from Slaughter Elementary 1998

Hi Superstar Families!
We are excited to announce that Yearbook orders began, Monday, March 16th and will remain open until Friday, April 3rd. Families are encouraged to place their orders during this time to guarantee a copy of this year’s yearbook.
There are different ordering options:
Online Orders
- Online ordering will be available from March 16 – April 3. Families who prefer to pay online should complete their order during this time.
In-Person Orders (Cash or Check Only)
- Students who plan to pay with cash or check may submit their completed order form and payment in person on Friday, March 27th, to their teachers.
Please make sure the order form is fully completed before submitting payment.
Important Reminder
All yearbook orders must be submitted by April 3rd to guarantee a yearbook.

Nos complace anunciar que los pedidos del anuario comenzaron el lunes 16 de marzo y permanecerán abiertos hasta el viernes 3 de abril. Se recomienda a las familias realizar sus pedidos durante este tiempo para garantizar una copia del anuario de este año.
Hay diferentes opciones para hacer pedidos:
Pedidos en lĂnea
Los pedidos en lĂnea estarán disponibles del 16 de marzo al 3 de abril. Las familias que prefieran pagar en lĂnea deben completar su pedido durante este perĂodo.
Pedidos en persona (solo efectivo o cheque)
Los estudiantes que planeen pagar en efectivo o con cheque pueden entregar su formulario de pedido completo junto con el pago en persona el viernes 27 de marzo a sus maestros.
Por favor, asegúrense de que el formulario de pedido esté completamente lleno antes de entregar el pago.
Recordatorio importante
Todos los pedidos del anuario deben entregarse antes del 3 de abril para garantizar una copia.

Happy Kindness Week! In celebration of friendship, we will be having activities all week.
Monday 2/9 - Kindness Rocks!
Students can decorate a rock for our outdoor Friendship Garden. There will be a classroom door decoration contest.
Tuesday 2/10 - Kindness Candy Gram!
Students can write a kind note to one friend with a treat.
Kindness "ties" us together! Students can wear a tie or bowtie.
Wednesday 2/11 - Class Secret Mission!
(Students will receive a sticker and bookmark.)
Operation Kindness: Students can wear all black!
Thursday 2/12 - Kindness Journal!
(Students will receive a mini stress ball.)
Students can wear work out clothes.
Friday 2/13 - Finish any kindness challenge from this week. Class Celebrations will be at 3:00, 4th grade earlier. Please contact your teacher for more details.
